Commercial/Associate Members Benefits

The BC Association of Agricultural Fairs and Exhibitions offers Service and Associate Membership privileges to businesses who provide products and services to our member fairs. If you would like to participate in B.C. Fairs, keep up on what member fairs and exhibitions are doing, and have a special opportunity to display your products or services to our member fairs, then a Commercial/Associate Membership is for you. Your membership will provide you with the following benefits:

1. A complete mailing list of our 48 fairs and exhibitions in British Columbia, for use in your advertising and promotional programs. If requested one set of mailing labels will be sent to you at no charge.
2. Listing in our annual Fair Schedule Publication
   (17,000 copies printed).
3. Listing on BCAAFE website and in our Annual Membership Directory.
4. A subscription to Livewire, our newsletter which is published 4 times per year in March, June, September and December.
5. The right to advertise in "Livewire" at preferred rates.
6. The right to attend and participate in our two day convention held annually in October.
7. The right to participate in all B.C. Fairs programs and activities. This includes showcasing (following the criteria established by B.C. Fairs), presentations and sponsorships.
8. The right to set up a booth or promotion table to promote your business at our Annual Convention in October at a reduced rate.
9. Commercial Members shall appoint a Director for a 2 year term at the annual meeting who will represent them on the Board of Directors of BC Fairs.

As you can see, at $150.00 per year we are not making a great deal of money from our Service/Associate Members. What B.C. Fairs needs is your involvement and participation in our association.
